We are looking for a talented Microsoft Business Applications Developer to design, develop, and support business-critical solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role combines software development, systems integration, automation, reporting, and application support to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions.

What You'll Be Cooking:

• Develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Build and maintain extensions, integrations, reports, workflows, and system improvements.
• Design and support Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions that improve collaboration and business processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and other business systems.
• Support APIs, dataflows, automation services, and third-party integrations.
• Apply software development best practices, including testing, source control, documentation, and release management.
• Support reporting, data quality, SQL queries, and business intelligence requirements.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, system optimization, and enterprise application support.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in software development, business applications, or enterprise systems.

• Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

• Experience with integrations, APIs, automation, and reporting solutions.

• Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and software development best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Planning, prioritization, and delivery focus.

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
