Portal Webmaster / Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the migration of content and data from SharePoint 2016/2019 (on-premises) to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).

Key responsibilities

• Assist in migrating documents, lists, and libraries from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online
• Validate migrated content for accuracy, completeness, and structure
• Assist in populating content from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online
• Maintain folder structures, metadata, and permissions during migration
• Perform post-migration checks to ensure no data loss or corruption
• Identify and flag missing files, broken links, or inconsistencies
• Track migration progress in spreadsheets or tracking tools
• Document issues, resolutions, and outcomes
• Provide regular updates to project leads
• Work closely with IT teams and project managers

About you

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Basic HTML Knowledge
• 1-2 years experience in website administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Exposure to SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Prem and familiarity with SharePoint (basic navigation) is an added advantage

This is a 1 year contract (renewable)
