Responsável por controlar o acesso de pessoas, veículos e materiais, garantindo a segurança e a organização das dependências da empresa/condomínio.
Controlar a entrada e saída de moradores, visitantes, colaboradores e prestadores de serviço;Identificar, cadastrar e liberar acesso conforme as normas internas;Receber, conferir e distribuir correspondências e encomendas;Monitorar as câmeras de segurança (CFTV) e o sistema de alarmes;Atender telefone, interfone e rádio comunicador;Zelar pela organização e limpeza da portaria;Preencher livro de ocorrências, registrando todos os fatos relevantes do plantão;Comunicar imediatamente à supervisão ou zeladoria qualquer anormalidade;Cumprir rigorosamente as normas e procedimentos de segurança.
Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
