What they need
- Recepcionar os clientes de forma cordial e eficiente.
- Realizar check-in e check-out dos hóspedes.
- Atender e direcionar ligações telefônicas. Realizar reservas e atualizar informações no sistema.
- Fornecer informações sobre os serviços oferecidos pelo motel. Manter a recepção organizada e limpa.
- Experiência prévia como recepcionista. Conhecimento em atendimento ao cliente será um dos diferenciais . Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Conhecimento em computação. Ser proativa, dinâmica, ter habilidade de trabalho em grupo.
