What they need
Principais atividades:
- Recepcionar, identificar e orientar pacientes;
- Realizar cadastro e atualização de dados no sistema;
- Agendar, confirmar e remarcar consultas e exames;
- Prestar atendimento presencial, telefônico e via WhatsApp;
- Conferir documentos, pedidos médicos e informações de convênios;
- Solicitar e conferir autorizações, quando necessário;
- Esclarecer dúvidas sobre horários, exames e procedimentos;
- Apoiar médicos e equipes internas nas rotinas de atendimento;
Horário: Segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h | Sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h
Local: Barra da Tijuca - RJ
