Principais atividades:
- Recepcionar e atender pacientes presencialmente, por telefone e canais digitais;
- Realizar agendamentos e confirmar consultas, procedimentos e retornos;
- Cadastrar e manter atualizado os dados dos pacientes no sistema;
- Manter a recepção e os ambientes de atendimento organizados;
- Apoiar o relacionamento, o acompanhamento e a reativação de pacientes;
- Auxiliar no registro e no controle de recebimentos.
