Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Ogudu GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary- 320,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage job postings and recruitment pipelines
- Assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline development
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms is an advantage
