Será Responsável Por
- Controlar e organizar a agenda de atendimentos;
- Realizar atendimento acolhedor a clientes/pacientes, presencialmente e pelos canais WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail;
- Receber pagamentos e efetuar os respectivos lançamentos no sistema, mantendo os registros atualizados;
- Receber, registrar, organizar e acompanhar leads;
- Manter controle e histórico do relacionamento com clientes;
- Acompanhar clientes que ainda não fecharam a venda, realizando os retornos e follow-ups necessários;
- Apoiar as rotinas e demandas do escopo administrativo da clínica;
- Zelar pela organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho.
