Senior Brand Manager

As aSenior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, driving sustainable and profitable growth while strengthening brand equity.

You will be responsible for:

• Translating consumer, shopper and market insights into winning marketing plans, ensuring excellence in innovation, communication, activation and portfolio management.
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Finance, R&I and Operations teams,
• You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the brand, delivering business objectives and creating meaningful impact.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand activities and optimize future actions.
• Support innovation and creativity in brand communication to maintain relevance and differentiation in the market.

Sobre você

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or related commercial roles.
• Strong FMCG experience, ideally within FMCG categories .
• Demonstrated success in managing brands, portfolios and innovation projects.

Education:

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economy or a related field

Skills & Capabilities:

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to transform consumer insights into impactful growth strategies.
• Excellente analytical skills transforming data into information into strategy
• Proactive and results driven .
• P&L understanding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

Languages:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
