Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator to administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises environments. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, security, governance, and compliance across the SharePoint platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage site collections, subsites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content types across the SharePoint environment.
• Conduct regular audits of SharePoint environments to ensure compliance with governance standards and organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
• Follow ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions aligned with business needs.
• Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Support security and access management, including permissions and governance controls.
• Identify opportunities for improving SharePoint administration, performance, and operational efficiency.
