SharePoint Specialist – Migration & SharePoint Online

Industry: Higher Education

Location: Hybrid – Enschede / Deventer

Hours: 16 hrs/week

On-site: 2 days/week

Duration: 5 months

Higher-education organisation migrating from network drives to SharePoint Online + Teams . The SharePoint structure, permissions and migration approach need to be redesigned following organisational changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years SharePoint Online
• Multiple fileshare → SharePoint Online migrations
• Strong Microsoft 365 & Teams
• SharePoint architecture, sites & document libraries
• Permissions, security, privacy & governance
• Migration strategy and planning
• Strong advisory & stakeholder communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Large/complex organisation experience
• File selection, restructuring & clean-up
• SharePoint/Teams/archive information structuring

Other

• Focus on advice, design and migration strategy , not primarily hands-on migration.
• Deliverables: target SharePoint design, permissions model and migration plan .
