What they need
- Liderar, coordenar e engajar o time operacional, garantindo entregas de qualidade e cumprimento de metas.
- Gerenciar demandas diárias, priorizando urgências e equilibrando a carga de trabalho da equipe.
- Conduzir o onboarding e o desenvolvimento do time (analistas, assistentes e auxiliares).
- Auditar fluxos, garantindo conformidade e padronização das entregas.
- Analisar indicadores (KPIs), identificar gargalos e propor melhorias.
Pagamento: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 por mês
