Warehouse Executive (Cold Storage, Seri Austin, 6 days, non-halal)

A Fresh & Frozen Food Wholesaler Distributor serving restaurants & distributor across Malaysia & Singapore

Position: Warehouse Assistant / Executive (Good in Documentation, Computer skill)
Working Location: Setia Eco Business Park, JB (Non halal Frozen Food Wholesaler Distributor)
Working Hours: 6 days (2 shift rotate adjustable) 6am - 3pm OR 9am - 6pm
Benefit: Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Transport allowance
Salary: Basic + Allowance up to 4.0k (depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of frozen seafood and meat products.
• Maintain FIFO (First-In First-Out) inventory management to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize waste. Good in Documentation.
• Utilize AutoCount Warehouse Inventory management system (WMS) to track stock levels, monitor movement, and generate reports.
• Assist inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and optimal storage conditions for frozen products.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• min SPM or Diploma, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse assistant in the Frozen Food industry.

• Knowledge of cold storage handling, food safety regulations and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Proficiency in AutoCount warehouse inventory management system and familiarity with FIFO stock rotation principles. Good in documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
