Accounts & Collection Support Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Collection Support professional with hands-on experience in accounting and receivables management. The role involves managing invoicing, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal and international teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• Track invoices and ensure timely billing and reconciliation
• Handle customer follow-ups for outstanding payments and collections
• Coordinate with clients for payment updates and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and collections
• Assist in basic supply chain documentation and coordination (if required)
• Communicate effectively with the Dubai team via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and collections
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books or equivalent accounting tools
• Good understanding of invoicing, receivables, and payment tracking
• Basic knowledge of supply chain or documentation is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (verbal written)
• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain professional client interactions
• High level of accountability and discipline in work timings
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask efficiently
