Creative Content Creator

About the role

Create content in multiple formats including images and videos (Single Post, Reels/Shorts, Long-form Video, Blog) and publish across ecom platforms. Respond to comments and write greetings/auto-replies for your own content, focusing on building community and identifying interested customers. Learn to use Zoho, manage work according to team plans, and occasionally support other teams (no more than 2 tasks per month). Track content performance, complete weekly and monthly reports, and analyse what works and what doesn't to improve future content.

Key responsibilities

• Create content in multiple formats (images, videos, single posts, reels/shorts, long-form video, blog) and publish across ecom platforms
• Respond to comments and write greeting/auto-reply messages for your own content
• Build community and identify interested customers through content engagement
• Learn and use Zoho to manage work according to team plans
• Provide occasional support to other teams (no more than 2 tasks per month)
• Track and analyse content performance metrics such as Reach, Engagement, and Hook Rate
• Complete weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyse what works and what doesn't in content and adjust future content accordingly

About you

• Interested in technology, Cloud Solutions, AI, and tech-savvy
• Can write content in Thai and simplify English news/articles for general understanding
• Can shoot, edit, and speak on camera
• Can use AI tools to assist in content work including artwork and video using Canva and CapCut
• Can learn new tools independently and apply them to real work
• Have foundational knowledge of content metrics such as Reach, Engagement, and Hook Rate
• Can deliver work according to plan and receive assigned tasks without needing follow-up
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and LINE Official Account Manager
• Trainable in WordPress and Zoho
• Trainable in Cloud Solution products such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
