About the Role Digital Areo manages customer operations for multiple transport services in Australia and other transport brands

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, chats, and bookings during the morning shift

You will be responsible for delivering prompt, polite, and accurate assistance to customers

Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and chat messages quickly Record and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM Share fare quotes, payment links, and trip details Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for dispatch up Handle customer concerns and escalate to the manager if needed Explain payment, refund, and cancellation policies clearly
