- Pendidikan min. SMK / STM sederajat
- Lulusan baru dipersilahkan melamar
- Min. 6 bulan - 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai engineering di shopping mall, gedung, hotel, apartemen, atau property management
- Menguasai pekerjaan di bidang sipil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, dan HVAC / MVAC
- Mampu memahami cara kerja system gedung
- Mampu melakukan preventive maintenance dan menangani trouble shooting
- Bersedia untuk bekerja secara shifting
