ERP Development Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP-SAP, SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and other related enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements and provide system solutions based on Change Requests and user requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support and consultation to internal users.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence and SAP BW solutions to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Design and maintain data integration processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data solutions according to business requirements.
• Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and provide training to internal users.
• Study and explore new technologies and innovations related to SAP, Business Intelligence, Planning Analytics, and Enterprise Applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on system development, implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Manage assigned projects, Change Requests, and Problem Logs to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare monthly reports and updates for management.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ERP, SAP, Business Intelligence, System Development, or Application Development.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP BW.
• Good knowledge of databases and experience with SQL / SQL Server.
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Knowledge of ABAP, SQL, Java, or other programming languages will be an advantage.
• Experience with tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users across different functions.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to adapt quickly.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
