ABOUT THE COMPANY

Bongchie India Private Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of rolling papers, pre-rolled cones, smoking papers and related products. The company operates across domestic and international markets and focuses on product quality, consistency, innovation and efficient manufacturing processes.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Zoho ERP Operations Administrator to manage and support our Zoho Business Applications. The role involves configuring and maintaining the ERP system, managing users and permissions, supporting day-to-day operations, training users, generating reports, and ensuring the ERP platform effectively supports business processes

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Setup & Configuration Assistance

• Assist in set up of Zoho ERP as per Bongchie business structure
• Ensure set up of warehouse zones, production status, SKUs, stock locations, and reorder rules in ERP
• Integrate ERP with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website) and quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
• Migrate existing data (products, vendors, customer records, opening stock) into ERP
• Set up GST-compliant billing, purchase orders, and tax configurations
• Build dashboards and reports as per management's requirement

2. Daily Operations & Maintenance

• Update and reconcile inventory daily inbound, outbound, returns, and adjustments
• Process and track sales orders across all channels in ERP
• Manage purchase orders and GRNs with warehouse team
• Ensure accurate GST entries, invoices, and reconciliation in ERP
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports sales, stock, dispatch, pending orders
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, distributors, and accounts team for system accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP issues on priority

3. Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and suggest Zoho automation or workflow improvements
• Train internal team members on Zoho as needed
• Keep up with Zoho updates and implement relevant new features

Requirements

Must Have

• 2- 4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Business Applications
• Strong understanding of inventory management, purchase orders, and GST billing
• Ability to work independently and manage the ERP without constant supervision
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace for data handling and reporting

Good to Have

• Zoho certification in any module
• Experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Analytics
• Knowledge of integrating Zoho with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce operations
