Job Summary

Geonix is developing an internal business application using Emergent to connect different business systems, including Zoho, CRM, HRMS, and other organisational software. The AI Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing application workflows, integrating business systems, and maintaining the application using AI-powered development tools and conventional programming technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• • Build and maintain Geonix's internal application using Emergent and other AI-powered development tools.
  • Understand business processes and convert business requirements into practical software workflows.
  • Integrate Zoho, CRM, HRMS, and other organisational systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Develop and customise frontend and backend components wherever required.
  • Manage databases, authentication, user roles, and access permissions.
  • Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Identify technical issues and implement improvements to enhance application performance and reliability.
  • Maintain technical documentation related to application workflows, integrations, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • 3–5 years of experience in full-stack or application development.
  • Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and database management.
  • Practical experience with AI development platforms such as Emergent, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or Bolt.
  • Experience developing and deploying applications with third-party API integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with Zoho, CRM, HRMS, or ERP integrations.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and AI-assisted application development.
  • Familiarity with application security, role-based access control, version control, and cloud deployment.
  • Ability to understand AI-generated code and customise it when required.

Candidate Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical assignment involving the development of a simple workflow using an AI development platform and connecting it to a sample API. Candidates will be evaluated on their technical skills, integration knowledge, problem-solving ability, and understanding of business workflows.
