What they need
Establish & maintain QMS for LV/MV switchboards per IEC/IS standards. Lead inspections, FAT, customer/3rd-party audits & supplier quality. Drive CAPA, NCR closure & continuous improvement with QA/QC team.
Required Candidate profile
15-20 yrs QA/QC in LV/MV switchboard mfg, 5+ yrs leadership. Expert in ISO 9001, FAT, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma. Diploma/BE Electrical, M.Tech/MBA preferred.
