About the role
Immunoshop is looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to run day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on execution role covering payroll inputs, employee records, attendance, benefits and onboarding/offboarding support ideal for someone who is organised, accurate and enjoys keeping HR systems and data in order.
Responsibilities Prepare and maintain monthly payroll inputs (attendance, new joiners, exits, LOP, deductions) for verification and sharing with Accounts
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in Zoho People
Manage attendance and leave records and support the employee benefits and insurance cycle
Support HR-related statutory compliance documentation
Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, documentation and asset/access setup for new joiners
Support the offboarding process — clearance, documentation and exit formalities
Maintain HR trackers, files and MIS
Respond to employee queries on attendance, leave, payroll and HR policies
Requirements 2–5 years of HR operations experience
Hands-on experience with payroll inputs and employee records
Working knowledge of Zoho People or a similar HRMS (preferred)
