Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS
• Manage candidate data and recruitment activities using Zoho Recruit
