- Membantu proses onboarding karyawan baru.
- Menangani kebutuhan administrasi HR lainnya.
- Mengerti BPJS kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan
- Mengerti untuk pembuatan kontrak kerja perusahaan
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman sebagai HR Staff menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
- Teliti, komunikatif, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
