CMI Malaysia is looking for motivated and responsible interns who are eager to gain practical experience in the telecommunications industry.

Join CMI Malaysia as an MVNO or Sales Support Intern and gain hands-on telecommunications experience. Please state your preferred start date and internship period when applying.

MVNO Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and tracking of MVNO projects and initiatives.

• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on project requirements and follow-up actions.

• Maintain project trackers, customer information and supporting documentation.

• Assist with service onboarding, operational coordination and issue tracking.

• Support the analysis of subscriber, usage and commercial performance data.

• Perform other duties assigned by the MVNO team.

Sales Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales materials.
• Support customer enquiries and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Maintain customer records, sales pipelines and opportunity trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, service availability, order processing and delivery status.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Assist with customer meetings, events and sales campaigns.
• Organize commercial documents and ensure that records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an advantage to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing reports.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Available for an internship of at least three months; a longer internship period is preferred.
