Unterstützung der Anwender in nahezu allen IT-Belangen (Beratung, Beschaffung, Installation, Wartung und Einweisung)

Priorisierte Abarbeitung eingehender Incidents und Service Requests für den 1st und 2nd Level Bereich

Verwaltung und Administration von IT-Arbeitsausstattungen (PC, NB, Telefon, Smartphone, MFD)

Installation von PC/NB, Druckern, Peripheriegeräten und Erweiterungskomponenten sowie deren Einbindung in das vorhandene Netzwerk

Analyse und Fixing von Hard- und Softwareproblemen ggf. externer Stellen bzw. unter Einbindung von Kollegen anderer ebm-papst-Standorte

IT-technische Betreuung im IT- und OT-Bereich inkl. epS MES

Das bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder IT Systemelektroniker oder Vergleichbares

Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Troubleshooting 1st und 2nd Level Support (auch telefonischer Support)

Detaillierte Kenntnisse von Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken, Hardware und Anwendersoftware inklusive MS-Office

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
