  1. Budget and Cost Control

Control project expenditure, labour costs, subcontractor bills, material consumption, equipment utilisation and project cash flow. Monitor actual costs against the approved budget and minimise wastage and overruns.

  1. Quality, Safety and Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable technical specifications, quality standards, electrical safety requirements, labour laws, site safety procedures and statutory approvals.

  1. Testing, Commissioning and Handover

Manage pre-commissioning inspections, testing, performance verification, grid connectivity coordination, documentation, punch-list closure, as-built drawings and final project handover.

  1. Direct Reporting to the Director

Provide regular progress reports, budget updates, manpower requirements, procurement status, risks, delays and corrective action plans directly to the Director. Take ownership of project deliverables and completion commitments.
