Operations Officer

Supports in overseeing daily workflow, staff, finances, inventory, and quality control to ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Process Coordination: Monitors daily workflows, vehicle turnaround times, and job progress. Identifies bottlenecks and assists in implementing strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Team Supervision & Training: Supervises detailing, Paint Protection Film (PPF), maintenance, and support staff. Assists with onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and promoting a positive, disciplined work environment.
• Financial & Performance Monitoring: Tracks operational expenses, labor costs, and daily sales performance. Accurately encodes transaction records, assists with payroll summaries, and helps identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory & Supplier Management: Monitors and updates stock levels for tools and detailing supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinates orders and deliveries with suppliers, reports discrepancies, and maintains organized storage facilities.
• Quality Assurance & Customer Service: Conducts quality checks on completed vehicles to ensure they meet company standards before release. Resolves customer complaints professionally and supports retention initiatives.
• Administrative Support & Documentation: Prepares weekly and monthly operational reports for management. Mainatins accurate client databases, dashboards, service histories, and processes/files client contracts.

Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a highly related field.

Work Experience: At least 1 -3 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a supervisory role managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Working Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6x a week)
