Programme Executive (FFLC)

About the role

To work independently and be part of team to facilitate the execution of MSF's endorsed FFLC suite of programmes and services such as evidence-based/informed Marriage and Parenting programmes. To work closely with Manager to ensure quality service delivery to meet MSF's target key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure evaluations and feedback are regularly reviewed and highlighted during team meetings for achievement of MSF's service targets and continuous improvement of services
• Upkeep administrative documentation needed by the programmes for monthly reporting and annual data verification process
• Uphold the values of MWS and the profession through speech, behavior and the written word
• Undertake research through focused group discussions, online surveys and evaluation forms collation and analysis to develop MWS brand of FFLC programmes and services based on the needs of the service users within HSS region
• Develop relevant supporting programmes mobilizing volunteers and key stakeholders to cater to the needs of the schools within specific clusters such as parent support groups on regular basis
• Support and supervise the work of the SWAs/PCs in carrying out their respective duties, roles and responsibilities
• Network and facilitate proper referrals and link up for service users who would need additional services to address family issues to ensure proper wrap-around care intervention and development of a nurturing care ecosystem within HSS region
• Travel between schools and community sites as required
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Manager of FFLC & Group Director – Family Services

About you

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Sociology or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of programming work experience in social service preferred
• Readiness to take on clinical track in due time to be a MSF Certified Family Life Educator with the fulfillment of the stipulated requirements
