WE’RE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (BILLING)
M. Venkata Rao Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. (MVR Infra Projects)
Location: Telangana
Industry: Construction & Infrastructure
Experience: 5–12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare & verify client and subcontractor bills
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification
- Prepare BOQs, estimates and rate analysis
- Handle RA bills, work orders and variations
- Coordinate with Site, Planning, Procurement & Accounts teams
- Maintain accurate billing and quantity records
- Monitor project quantities and cost control
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of QS & Billing
MS Excel & AutoCAD
Construction measurement & rate analysis
Client & subcontractor billing experience
