Electrical System Design

• Design MV and LV power distribution systems.
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Develop electrical load lists and load schedules.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, voltage drop, motor starting, and cable sizing calculations.
• Conduct protective relay coordination and selectivity studies.
• Prepare equipment sizing calculations.
• Design earthing and lightning protection systems.
• Design power distribution architecture for industrial plants.

Detailed Engineering

• Prepare cable schedules and cable routing drawings.
• Develop cable tray layouts.
• Prepare conduit layouts.
• Prepare lighting layouts and lighting calculations.
• Develop grounding layouts.
• Prepare equipment layouts.
• Develop hazardous area electrical designs where applicable.
• Prepare junction box schedules.
• Prepare termination schedules.
• Prepare interconnection drawings.

Panel & Switchgear Engineering

• Design MV switchgear systems.
• Design LV switchboards.
• Design MCCs and PCCs.
• Design PLC and control panels.
• Review vendor GA drawings.
• Review panel wiring diagrams.
• Review internal layouts.

Site Support

• Support construction teams during installation.

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Participate in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Support commissioning activities.
• Review red-line markups and prepare as-built drawings.
