Sr. Zoho Developer

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Zoho CRM development.
• Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing).
• Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics).
• Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho CRM .
• Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator apps.
• Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Basic understanding of data migration , cleansing, and management tools (eg, Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).

Technical Skills:

• Programming: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Deluge
• Tools: Salesforce Data Loader , Zoho Flow , Postman , Git
• CRM Platforms: Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) , Zoho One Suite
• Reporting: Zoho Reports , Salesforce Reports Dashboards
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, third-party connectors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
• Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (optional but preferred) .
• Zoho CRM Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory) .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
