Systems Engineer - ERP / Zoho One

Aora India Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing nutraceutical and wellness company, is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer ERP to manage and optimize its ERP systems and Zoho One ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for integrating and streamlining business processes across procurement, production, inventory, finance, regulatory documentation, e-commerce, and offline operations for domestic and export business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and optimize ERP systems and the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Handle and maintain Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics.
• Ensure smooth integration of procurement, production, inventory, finance, and sales operations.
• Develop automated workflows to improve business efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor inventory, supply chain processes, and manufacturing workflows.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance analytics.
• Maintain data accuracy, ERP governance, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement system improvements.
• Support regulatory documentation and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure smooth system functioning across business operations.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Systems.

Experience Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience in ERP administration and business process systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Zoho One ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Experience with Odoo, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, manufacturing workflows, and inventory management.
• Exposure to nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG industries is desirable.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills, practical ERP administration experience, and the ability to automate workflows and integrate business systems. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
