About the Role

We are looking for a Zoho MIS Implementer / Zoho Administrator who can support the implementation, integration, customization, and day-to-day management of Zoho applications across different business functions. The role will involve working closely with HR, Accounts, Purchase, Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Management to understand business requirements, configure Zoho applications, improve workflows, manage integrations, and ensure smooth functioning of the overall Zoho ecosystem. The initial focus will be on completing the Zoho implementation and integration project. Once the project is completed, the candidate will continue with Zoho administration, user support, troubleshooting, reporting, process improvements, and ongoing system management.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end Zoho implementation and configuration across HR, Accounts, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Marketing and Zoho Mail.

· Understand business requirements and configure modules, workflows, approvals and automation.

· Integrate different Zoho applications and ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.

· Manage MIS reports, dashboards and data accuracy across departments.

· Provide user support, troubleshooting and basic training to employees.

· Manage user access, permissions and maintain Zoho system documentation.

· Coordinate with different departments to identify requirements and improve processes.

· After project completion, continue handling Zoho administration, support, automation and system improvements.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, MIS, or a related field.

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in Zoho implementation, Zoho administration, MIS, business automation, or a similar role.

· Working knowledge of multiple Zoho applications is required.

· Basic understanding of CRM, HR, Accounts, Purchase, Inventory and Marketing processes.

· Knowledge of Zoho integrations, workflows and automation.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into system solutions.

· Candidates who have worked on Zoho implementation projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
