Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Analytics Developer with 810 years of overall experience to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics. The role involves managing reporting requirements and change requests, troubleshooting dashboard issues, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with business teams and the Zoho team for successful testing, deployment, and implementation of analytics solutions. Candidates with CRM implementation understanding and automobile industry experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and publish dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage reporting requirements, change requests, bugs, and issues through closure.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Assess the impact of change requests on scope, effort, timelines, and risks.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, development teams, and the Zoho team.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and business sign-off.
• Maintain project documentation, governance records, and audit compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting performance and operational efficiency.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT Engineering or MBA.

Preferred Experience

• Automobile industry experience.
• Understanding of CRM implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Important: Mumbai location is mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work in Mumbai only.
