Zoho One Developer & Systems Administrator

ClevrCare is looking for an experienced Zoho One Developer & Systems Administrator to help us maintain, improve, and expand our growing Zoho One environment.

This is not a basic CRM administration position. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience developing and customizing within Zoho One and understands how the various Zoho applications can work together as a unified business system.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking an existing Zoho environment, understanding how it has been built, maintaining and improving it, and then designing and developing new modules, workflows, automations, integrations, and processes as our business grows.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with our management and operations teams to maintain and continuously improve our Zoho One ecosystem.

Zoho One Development & Administration

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our existing Zoho One environment.

• Develop and customize Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, functions, automations, dashboards, reports, and user processes.

• Build new custom modules and functionality as business requirements evolve.

• Configure and optimize applications throughout the Zoho One ecosystem.

• Work with applications such as:

  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Books
  • Zoho Forms
  • Zoho Creator
  • Zoho Analytics
  • Zoho Flow
  • Zoho Projects
  • Zoho Desk
  • Zoho Sign
  • Zoho Campaigns
  • Zoho People
  • Zoho Inventory
  • Zoho WorkDrive
  • Zoho Mail
  • And other Zoho One applications as needed.

• Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual processes through automation.

• Build workflows and system processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.

• Assist with user permissions, roles, security, and system administration.

• Troubleshoot issues and determine whether problems are related to configuration, automation, data, integrations, or application functionality.

Integrations & APIs

• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Connect Zoho with external software and business systems.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues.
• Work with Zoho Deluge to create custom functions and business logic.
• Understand how data should move between different applications and systems.
• Help evaluate and implement new integrations as the company grows.

Data & System Migration

• Assist with importing, cleaning, restructuring, and migrating business data.
• Perform data mapping between systems.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrectly formatted data.
• Develop processes to maintain data integrity across multiple applications.
• Assist with historical data migrations and system conversions.
• Help establish standards for data structure, naming conventions, and organization.

Reporting & Data Management

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
• Help management turn operational data into useful business insights.
• Work with spreadsheets and structured data.
• Assist with Excel-based data analysis, manipulation, imports, exports, and reconciliation.
• Experience with databases and SQL is a significant plus.
• Help establish reliable reporting across multiple Zoho applications.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated professional experience working with Zoho One.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
• Experience customizing and developing within Zoho rather than simply using Zoho as an end user.
• Experience with Zoho Deluge and Zoho automation.
• Experience building workflows, custom functions, modules, and business processes.
• Understanding of how multiple Zoho applications can be integrated into a larger business system.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand an existing system and improve it without unnecessarily disrupting current operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical business users and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for instructions.

The ideal candidate can look at a business process and say:

"There has to be a better way to do this."

You should enjoy investigating how systems work, understanding why something isn't working, and designing a better solution.

You should be comfortable receiving a business requirement such as:

"We need our CRM, Forms, Books, and reporting to work together so that this entire process happens automatically."

—and then figuring out how to build it.

You should also be comfortable inheriting an existing system. You won't necessarily be starting from a blank slate. Part of this position will involve learning our current Zoho implementation, understanding why it was built the way it was, documenting it where necessary, fixing issues, and gradually improving the architecture.
