We are an business services company based in Doddaballapura, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka, operating on the Zoho One platform across all business functions - from sales and HR to project delivery, contracts, finance, and learning. We have a partially configured Zoho environment and are ready to invest in transforming it into a fully automated, integrated business operating system.

Our biggest challenge today: data lives in silos across Zoho apps with no unified view. We need a technical expert who can connect the dots — literally and systematically.

Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of Zoho products implementation, primarily with Recruit, CRM, Projects, People, Timesheet, Books, and Mail

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Zoho Consultant to join our dynamic team within the business services and mechanical engineering sector. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across operations by leveraging the full power of Zoho One’s integrated suite of applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end Zoho solutions tailored to complex business workflows in engineering project management, talent acquisition, financial operations, and cross-functional collaboration. With deep expertise in Zoho Recruit, CRM, Projects, People, Timesheet, Books, and Mail, you will ensure seamless integration, automation of business processes, and data consistency across departments. Your strategic insights and technical proficiency will directly enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and decision-making capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and industrial operations, shaping how modern engineering and service organizations leverage cloud-based platforms for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Zoho One Platform Architecture

• Audit the current Zoho setup and map all data flows, gaps, and integration points

• Design a cross-module automation blueprint covering all Zoho One apps in use

• Build and maintain a master data model ensuring consistency across CRM, People, Projects, and Analytics

2. Automation & Process Flows (Zoho Flow + Deluge)

• Develop automated workflows across all departments using Zoho Flow

– Sales: Lead scoring, deal progression, quote-to-order automation

– HR: Job opening → screening → offer → onboarding → payroll

– Delivery: Deal close → project creation → sprint setup → milestone alerts

– Finance: Expense approvals, invoice triggers, contract renewals

• Write Deluge scripts for custom functions, scheduled automations, and advanced business logic

• Handle error logging, retry logic, and alert mechanisms for all critical flows

3. Zoho Creator – Custom App Development

• Build custom Zoho Creator applications for workflows that standard Zoho modules cannot handle

• Design forms, reports, and dashboards in Creator with Deluge backend logic

• Integrate Creator apps with CRM, People, Projects, and Analytics

4. Reporting & Analytics (Zoho Analytics)

• Create unified business dashboards pulling data from CRM, Projects, People, Expense, and Recruit

• Build cross-module reports: pipeline health, team utilization, revenue vs. cost, hiring funnel

• Set up scheduled email reports and Analytics embedded views within other Zoho apps.

5. Third-party & API Integrations

• Integrate non-Zoho tools via REST APIs using Deluge's invokeurl function

• Set up webhooks, OAuth connections, and JSON data transformation pipelines

• Document all API integrations with authentication details, payload schemas, and error handling

6. Zoho CRM – Advanced Customization

• Design custom modules, layouts, and Blueprint process stages aligned to our sales workflow

• Build SalesSignals, scoring rules, and territory management configurations

• Integrate CRM with Zoho Campaigns, Mail, and Analytics for a 360° customer view

7. HR & People Automation (Zoho Recruit + People)

• Automate recruitment pipeline from job posting to offer letter using Zoho Recruit

• Configure Zoho People for attendance, leave, appraisals, and document management

• Build onboarding checklists and automations bridging Recruit, People, and Learn

8. Documentation & Enablement

• Maintain a living technical documentation of all configurations, Deluge scripts, and flows

• Conduct internal knowledge transfer sessions so the team can handle basic changes

• Create SOPs for common Zoho admin tasks to reduce dependency on the consultant over time

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience (not just consulting)

• Must have delivered at least 2 full Zoho One or Zoho CRM Plus implementations end-to-end

• Experience writing Deluge scripts beyond basic workflow actions — custom functions, API calls, scheduled tasks

• Proven track record of building cross-app automation flows (not just single-app configurations)

• Experience in IT/Software Services or similar B2B service companies is a strong plus

• Zoho certification(s) preferred but not mandatory if hands-on experience is strong
