Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho One Configuration Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Zoho applications. The role involves understanding business requirements and configuring Zoho solutions across HR, Finance, Recruitment, Sales, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Zoho One applications based on business requirements.
• Manage Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho CRM.
• Set up workflows, automation, approvals, forms, roles, permissions, and dashboards.
• Integrate Zoho applications for seamless data flow across departments.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into Zoho configurations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend Zoho-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Provide ongoing support and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Zoho configuration/implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit.
• Experience in workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and customization.
• Good understanding of HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Sales processes.
• Knowledge of Deluge, APIs, or webhooks is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
