Job Title: 4G/5G RAN + Core Network OAM Lead / Engineer
Experience: 112+ Years

Job Location: Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test OAM (Operations, Administration & Maintenance) modules for 4G/5G RAN and Core Network.
• Work on O-RAN O1 interface and related Fault, Performance, and Configuration Management modules.
• Develop and maintain Network Management solutions for 4G/5G networks.
• Work with multi-threaded and multi-process applications on Linux.
• Support software build environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to architecture, development, testing, and delivery of 4G/5G OAM products.
• For senior/lead profiles, drive OAM development programs and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in C/C++ (C++11) and Python.
• Good understanding of 4G/5G RAN and Core Network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with OAM / Network Management development.
• Experience with O-RAN O1, FM, PM, and CM.
• Strong Linux and multithreading/multiprocessing experience.
• Knowledge of NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience with XML, JSON, and YAML.
• Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
• Good understanding of software build tools such as Makefiles.

Preferred for Lead-Level Candidates:

• 10 to 12+ years of relevant 4G/5G OAM product development experience.
• Experience leading or driving 4G/5G OAM development programs.
• Strong technical leadership and delivery ownership.
