Supervise the contracts team responsible for subcontract management, e-contracts processing, accounts payable, program reporting, and SharePoint Project Center.
  • Contract Monitoring: Develop and implement monitoring tools and schedules. Conduct risk assessments, review documentation, evaluate compliance, analyze findings, resolve issues, write monitoring reports, facilitate meetings, and approve corrective action plans.
  • Planning: Develop comprehensive short- and long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and required Area Plan activities which include community outreach.
  • Special Projects and Programs: Conduct research and analysis on program issues, provide technical assistance, prepare reports and statistical information, analyze data, identify trends, and support future planning efforts.

What you will bring (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, social sciences, or a closely related field; and four or more years of progressively responsible professional experience in service program planning and administration preferrably to include at least one year of social services program financing, grant writing/reporting, administration and contract management. At least one year of supervisory experience.

Note: Relevant professional experience may substitute for educational requirements. Work experience is essential and cannot be replaced by additional education.
