We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Production Manager to support and oversee operations in our PVC and PE Pipe Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Supervise PVC and HDPE/PE extrusion lines and ensure efficient machine utilization.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Minimize downtime, waste, and production losses through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and motivate production supervisors, operators, and plant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and review production reports, KPIs, and operational performance data.

Requirements

✅ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field.

✅ Minimum 5-10 years of experience in PVC/HDPE/PE pipe manufacturing.

✅ At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or production management role.

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• PVC & PE pipe extrusion processes
• Extrusion lines, vacuum tanks, cooling systems, haul-offs, and cutting equipment
• Quality standards and production planning
• Manufacturing ERP systems and MS Office

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
