Experienced HVAC CSR / Dispatcher

Ashmore Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration is a family-owned residential HVAC company serving Pinellas County. We're growing and need an experienced HVAC office pro to run the front of the business: the first voice our customers hear and the person who keeps our techs moving. What you'll do: Answer calls and book service, repairs, tune-ups and replacement estimates in Housecall Pro Build and manage the daily schedule for our technicians Order parts and equipment from our supply houses and coordinate pickups with techs Follow up with customers on open estimates and help them move forward Sell our Comfort Plan maintenance membership Confirm appointments, update customers when techs are on the way, and keep job notes accurate What we're looking for: 2+ years in an HVAC, plumbing or electrical service office (CSR, dispatcher or service coordinator) You can talk to a tech in their language: you know what a capacitor, contactor, condenser and air handler are, and you can order the right part from the supply house Experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or similar field service software A friendly, confident phone voice and comfort asking for the sale Organized under pressure: phones ringing, techs calling in, schedule changing Must reliably commute to our Largo office daily HVAC office experience required. Commission on top of base pay: $25 for every Comfort Plan membership you sell $150 for every system replacement you book that sells 2% of every estimate you follow up on that gets approved Why Ashmore: Strong performers earn well above base pay Small family team, owners in the office, real room to grow as we grow Work directly with experienced technicians who'll back you up

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
