* Draft legal documents including attorney briefs, RFE responses, motions, and legal memoranda
* Delegate tasks to and oversee immigration paralegals and support staff
* Provide bilingual (Chinese/English) legal communication with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel
* Contribute to client education through bilingual content (articles, videos) about L-1, O-1, H-1B, and family-based immigration topics

【Qualifications】

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
* Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar (California Bar strongly preferred)
* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English – both written and spoken (hard requirement)
* 2-5 years of experience as an immigration attorney
* Demonstrated experience in L-1, O-1, H-1B, and family-based immigration cases
* Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
* Excellent legal writing and research skills
