Internship for Business Students

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Logistics Management, or equivalent) in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements above 3.00 - 4.00 CGPA.

• Self-motivated with good demonstrating leadership and communication skills.
• Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and good math/analytical skills).

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management

• Assist recruitment activities (e.g. resume screening and interview scheduling)
• Support onboarding and employee's documentation
• Assist in HR events, training, and engagement activities
• Help prepare HR reports and ad hoc tasks

Logistics Management

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Track inventory levels and update logistics records
• Support logistics reporting and data analysis
• Prepare and organize shipping and customs documentation

Finance

• Assist with data entry for accounts payable and receivable
• Support preparation of financial reports
• Help with invoice processing and expenses tracking
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents

Operations Management

• Collect and analyze operational data for performance tracking
• Assist in monitoring daily operational processes
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Prepare reports and documentations

Maintenance

• Assist in routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Support basic troubleshooting and repair work
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Purchasing

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders (POs)
• Track order status, deliveries, and backorders
• Help compare vendor quotes and prepare cost analyses
• Support inventory monitoring and reorder planning
