What they need
Perform L0-L2 product repair and maintenance, manage spare parts and tools, coordinate device and parts transactions, and support in-store services to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Education Requirement:
- Hold at least a 2-year bachelor's degree/NC II.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic Skills required:
- Product repair skills: Basic knowledge of L0-L2 product repair and maintenance.
- Spare parts management: Ability to handle, track, and manage spare parts and tools
- Technical skills: Basic troubleshooting, software updating, and device handling skills
- Customer service: Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Organization skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate service activities
Pay: Php18,500.00 - Php19,600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
