What they need
Role Summary:
Lead solution architecture for Oracle process implementations involving Oracle OSC, Oracle EBS and OIC, acting as the technical authority and customer-facing architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end solution architecture, target architecture and integration design.
- Lead fit-gap analysis and design-thinking workshops.
- Prepare BRD/HLD documentation.
- Design integrations between Oracle OSC, EBS and OIC.
- Bridge functional and technical gaps between OSC and EBS consultants.
- Work directly with customers and participate in CXO-level discussions.
- Represent the organization as the single point of technical authority.
Must-Have Skills:
- Oracle OSC / Oracle Sales & Service Cloud
- Oracle EBS
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Solution / Enterprise Architecture
- Integration Architecture
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- BRD / HLD
- Strong customer-facing and CXO communication skills
- 10+ years ERP experience; 12+ years preferred
