Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to design and develop customized Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SPMs for assembly, inspection, testing, and machining applications.
• Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and BOMs.
• Design machine mechanisms, fixtures, tooling, and material handling systems.
• Work on automated/semi-automated assembly machines, vision inspection, leak testing, pick-and-place, robotic assembly, and CNC-based SPMs.
• Coordinate with electrical, PLC, production, fabrication, and assembly teams.
• Support machine trials, debugging, commissioning, and design improvements.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in SPM and industrial automation machine design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, Siemens NX, CATIA, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of GD&T, machine mechanisms, pneumatics, and automation components.
• Ability to independently handle projects from concept design to machine development.
