What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for Software AG webMethods Integration Server.
- Troubleshoot SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, and AS2 integration issues.
- Perform log analysis, issue diagnosis, and incident resolution.
- Support deployments using webMethods Deployer.
- Handle configuration changes, minor fixes, and patch support.
- Monitor platform health and respond to alerts.
- Support SSL/TLS certificates and partner connectivity.
- Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Ensure compliance with J&J quality and security standards.
Technical Skills
- Software AG webMethods (Integration Server)
- SOAP / REST APIs
- SFTP, JMS, AS2
- Linux (basic), Oracle DB (basic SQL)
- SOAP UI, Postman, webMethods Deployer
- HA / DR awareness
