Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Ab Initio development teams.
- Act as an Ab Initio SME and provide technical guidance.
- Design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Ensure coding standards, quality, performance, and best practices.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and drive technical improvements.
- Support SDLC activities and continuous process improvement.
