L3 Technical SME – AI Compute

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for AI/HPC computing infrastructure.
• Manages complex incidents involving Linux systems, GPU compute clusters, Kubernetes, Slurm, storage and networking.
• Performs root cause analysis, performance optimization and automation to maintain high availability, reliability and efficiency of AI computing platforms.
